Privacy

PartLab, Auckland, New Zealand, collects your name, email address and project details when you contact us. We use these to respond, assess your enquiry and carry out any work you agree to.

Providing information is voluntary, but we need the required form details to process your enquiry. Please share only information relevant to your project.

Enquiries are received by PartLab and handled through our email and hosting service providers. Files you send by email are handled alongside your enquiry. Our hosting systems also process technical information, such as IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes or applicable record-keeping requirements.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, referring websites and successful enquiries. Google processes cookie identifiers, browser and device information and approximate location, and may process data outside New Zealand. Enquiry contents and files are not sent to analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

Analytics is enabled by default. You can opt out or enable it again on this page when analytics is available. Opting out stops future measurement; it does not delete data already collected. We remember your choice on this browser for six months; analytics cookies last up to 30 days. Browser privacy signals and blockers may prevent measurement.
